Luminq is a trading name of The Connected Set Limited.

A) The performance of our contract with you.
This includes processing your information in connection with providing our LinkedIn video content and format services, including strategy, production, publishing, and management services.

When you submit an enquiry through our website or contact us by email, we process your contact information to respond to your request and to discuss how we may be able to help you.
Legal basis: Necessary for our legitimate interests to manage and administer our business effectively.

C) Content production and distribution.
If you participate in video production with us, we process information connected with your contribution, such as video footage, images, and audio recordings. This content may be published on LinkedIn and other platforms as agreed with you.
Legal basis: Performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interests in delivering our services.

D) Marketing and communications.
We may contact you about our services, industry insights, or opportunities to work together. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Legal basis: Consent or our legitimate interests in promoting our services, where our interests do not override your rights and freedoms.

E) Website analytics.

Legal basis: Necessary for our legitimate interests in improving our website and services.
